What is a monthly apartment? A monthly apartment is a completely furnished apartment that is rented on a month-by-month basis rather than on an extended contract.

Apartment rent Monthly rental fees = Rent + Utilities + a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee (21,000 yen to be paid in addition to the first month's rent).

Furnishing and appliances Apartments include the following:Bed, desk, bedding, clothes washer, refrigerator, air-conditioner, TV, video, microwave oven, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.

Move-in We will ask you to deposit prescribed expenses to our company no later than 2 days prior to your taking up residence. After payment confirmation, you may pick up the key to your apartment by visiting our office or you can have it sent to you by mail. As soon as you receive the key, you are free to move in.

Move-out Unless other arrangements have been made, apartments must be vacated by 10:00 AM of the day following the expiration of your monthly rental agreement. Please deposit your apartment key in your apartment door mail slot.

Length of stay In principle, the length of stay should be 1 month or longer. Our staff will contact you 10 days prior to your scheduled move-out date to ask if you desire to keep the apartment for the following month.
